Erick Chang is an Associate Professor of Management in the Department of Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain at the Neil Griffin College of Business, Arkansas State University. He serves as chair of the Delta Center for Entrepreneurship and Family Business and is the faculty in residence for the Honors Learning and Living Community. His work bridges academic research and practical entrepreneurship.

His prior experience includes corporate leadership, entrepreneurial ventures, and over 500 trade publications as a business and economics columnist in Guatemala.
He is actively involved in academic service, serving on the editorial boards of Family Business Review, Journal of Family Business Strategy, and Journal of Business Disciplines. His lab or research center, the Delta Center for Entrepreneurship and Family Business, supports student innovation and regional economic engagement.
