Erica N. McKinney

Dr. Erica N. McKinney is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She joined the institution in May 2024, specializing in patient-centered care addressing psychological and physical wellness through evidence-based practices. Her clinical focus includes women’s health, infertility, perinatal mental health, and behavioral health integration.

• Education: PhD in Counseling Psychology (University of Georgia, 2022), MA from Marquette University, and undergraduate degree from University of Wisconsin
• Training: Internship at Henry Ford Health System (2021-2022), Fellowship at University of Florida Health (2022-2023)

Her research and clinical interests emphasize psychological aspects of infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, chronic pain management, and culturally responsive mental health interventions. She currently sees patients at the Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility Clinic (North Hills) and the Obstetrics & Gynecology clinic at McKinley Health Center.
