Erica Lord is a multimedia artist and Lecturer at the Institute of American Indian Arts. She is known for her interdisciplinary work exploring Indigenous identity, health disparities, and cultural representation through art. Her current exhibit, *The Codes We Carry: Beads as DNA Data*, transforms genetic data into beaded sculptures to highlight institutionalized health inequities affecting Indigenous communities.
