Erica Knowles

Erica Knowles is an Associate Professor in the Department of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Berklee College of Music. She specializes in the psychology of music and auditory science, focusing on how musical training influences auditory learning and information retention. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northwestern University (2015), under the mentorship of Patrick C.M. Wong. Her research explores the neural and cognitive mechanisms underlying music perception and training effects on auditory processing.
