Eric V. Hull

Eric V. Hull is a tenured Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law, where he joined the faculty in July 2023 after initially serving as a visiting professor since Fall 2021. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Education:

• J.D. from Barry University School of Law (honors graduate, Editor-in-Chief of Barry Law Review)
• LL.M. in Environmental and Land Use Law from University of Florida (first in class)
• Undergraduate degree in Biology
• Graduate degrees in Marine Biology and Coastal Zone Management

Research Interests: Professor Hull specializes in the intersection of law and environmental systems, with emphasis on climate change impacts, pollution effects on coastal ecosystems, and legal frameworks for marine resources. His work spans animal welfare legislation, environmental justice, and regulatory structures for land/ocean use.
