About
Dr. Eric Parada serves as an Associate Professor of Chiropractic Sciences at Life University, where he teaches full spine technique and X-ray analysis. A 2014 graduate of Life University's Doctor of Chiropractic program, he returned to his alma mater in 2017 after practicing chiropractic for approximately three and a half years in South Carolina.
Dr. Parada's research and teaching interests focus on chiropractic sciences, with particular expertise in full spine technique and X-ray analysis. He emphasizes adapting his teaching approach to match the unique energy and personalities of each student cohort, noting that while the technical content remains consistent, the delivery must evolve to meet students' needs effectively.
Outside the classroom, Dr. Parada serves as the coach for the Life U Ice Hockey Club, which competes in local leagues as a non-intercollegiate team under Campus Recreation and Wellness. He previously helped assemble the team that competed successfully for several seasons before pausing due to COVID-19 considerations, and he's working to revive the program. He is married to Jessica, and they were expecting their first child (a son) in April 2022 at the time of the published article.
