Eric Martin is a Professor of Management at Bucknell University's Freeman College of Management. His work examines cross-sector collaboration in international development and crisis settings.
Research explores how public, private, and nonprofit organizations partner during humanitarian emergencies. Recent projects include disaster response coordination in Haiti, refugee support in the Balkans, and community resilience in Ukraine. Publications analyze organizational behavior in complex emergencies and sustainable public management.
Field experience includes Peace Corps service in Poland, Fulbright research in Serbia, and disaster response work in over 30 countries. Teaches interdisciplinary approaches to leveraging sector-specific strengths for societal challenges.
