Eric Kessler

Eric Kessler is Distinguished Professor and Henry George Scholar at Pace University's Lubin School of Business. A leading authority on management theory and global leadership, he has published eight books including the award-winning 'Encyclopedia of Management Theory' and 'Wise Leadership and Wisdoms of the World'. His work integrates philosophical wisdom traditions with contemporary management practice.

Research Contributions: Developed foundational frameworks including Management M-Theory (MMT) examining epistemological foundations of management scholarship. His pioneering work on management mapping provides cognitive tools for navigating organizational complexity.
