Eric Kerrouche is a CNRS Research Professor affiliated with the Center for Political Research (CEVIPOF) at Sciences Po. He holds degrees in Law and Modern French Literature from the University of Bordeaux IV, a PhD in Political Sciences, and the HDR qualification for supervising academic research. His research focuses on decentralization, local collectivities in France and Europe, parliamentary institutions, and public opinion dynamics.
