Enin Rudel

Enin Rudel is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Organizational and Leadership Psychology at William James College, Boston, MA. He also serves as Director of the Inclusive Leadership Concentration. His professional roles include Senior Consultant at IBIS Consulting Group, Principal/Founder of E.I. Consulting, LLC, and Consultant at Courage to Care, LLC. Rudel holds a PsyD in Organizational and Leadership Psychology (with a focus on Neuroscience of Leadership) from William James College, an MSW in Clinical Social Work from Simmons College, and a BS in Human Services from Northeastern University.

His research interests center on Organizational Social Architecture, Cognitive-Behavioral Systems of Leadership, Diversity and Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Development, and Systems Thinking. He explores how leadership dynamics intersect with organizational structures and mental health interventions.

Rudel has presented at conferences such as the Livius Mental Health Summit (2020), Roxbury Innovation Center (2019), and Boston Public Health Commission (2017). His work bridges clinical expertise with organizational consulting, emphasizing inclusive leadership practices. Prior roles include psychotherapist positions at Wellness Room and Boston Medical Center’s Psychiatry Department, as well as Adjunct Faculty at Simmons University.

He has led courses like Dialogic Intervention, Advanced Leadership Seminars, and DEI Interventions. His professional affiliations include the Boston Facilitators Roundtable and the American Psychological Association.
