Eneida Mioshi

Professor Eneida Mioshi is the Chair in Dementia Care Research at the School of Health Sciences, University of East Anglia (UEA). She holds a Professorial appointment and is affiliated with the Norwich Institute for Healthy Aging. Her academic background includes a BSc in Occupational Therapy and a PhD in Applied Cognitive Psychology from the University of Cambridge. Dr. Mioshi specializes in neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) and Motor Neuron Disease (MND/ALS), focusing on behavioral symptoms, caregiver support, and intervention development. She leads projects such as the MiNDToolkit initiative to assist family carers of MND patients.
