Dr. Enaya Othman is an Associate Professor of Arabic and Cultural Studies at Marquette University's Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures. She directs the Arabic program and founded the Arab and Muslim Women’s Research and Resource Institute (AMWRRI), serving as its President. Her research focuses on Arab and Muslim feminism, diaspora studies, and the intersection of gender, ethnicity, and religion in immigrant communities. She has authored books like Negotiating Palestinian Womanhood (2016) and is editor-in-chief of the Journal of Gender, Ethnic, and Cross-Cultural Studies.
