Prof. Emre Toros is a Professor at the Department of Communication Sciences, Faculty of Communication, Hacettepe University, Ankara, Turkey. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Bilkent University and has conducted post-doctoral research at Stanford University's Department of Political Science. His academic journey includes roles as Head of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Atılım University, and Visiting Professorships at King's College London and Malmö University.
