Dr. Emmanuel Baierlé is a research assistant and lecturer at the University of Lucerne, specializing in continuing education programs such as 'Philosophy and Management,' 'Philosophy and Medicine,' and 'CAS Discourse Competencies for Executives.' He holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Fribourg (2016), where his dissertation focused on the phenomenology of choice under Prof. Martine Nida-Rümelin. His academic career includes roles as a graduate assistant at the University of Fribourg (2009–2014), research assistant in a Swiss National Science Foundation project on action phenomenology (2010–2013), and senior assistant at Fribourg’s Department of Philosophy (2017–2022), researching the philosophy of AI.
