Emmanouil Z. Psarakis

Emmanouil Z. Psarakis is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Engineering & Informatics, University of Patras, Greece. Born in 1963, he has been affiliated with the university since 2005 and is a member of the Signal Processing and Communications Lab.
