Dr Emma Pearce (she/her) is a Lecturer in Design History & Theory at the Glasgow School of Art, specializing in art and design history from c.1750 to the present day. Her research focuses on Scottish textiles like tartan, colonialism, material culture, and intersections of gender/white colonial masculinity with animal-derived objects.
