Emma Fleck is the Interim Dean and Associate Professor of Management at Susquehanna University's Sigmund Weis School of Business. She holds a PhD in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Ulster and has held academic roles at institutions in Ireland and the U.S. since 2002. Her research focuses on gender dynamics in entrepreneurship, experiential learning methodologies, and international business strategies.
