Emma Calvert

Emma Calvert is a Lecturer at Queen's University Belfast's School of Social Sciences, Education and Social Work. Her research examines employment, education inequalities, and migration impacts post-Brexit. She directs the Migrant and Employer Strategies Project funded by the North South Research Programme and previously coordinated the QUB Q-Step Centre.

Research focuses on EU migration dynamics, labor market strategies, and quantitative analysis of social inequalities. Current projects investigate employer and migrant adaptations to UK immigration policy changes.
