Emily Zitek

Emily Zitek is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Cornell University's ILR School. Her research investigates psychological entitlement, social hierarchy perceptions, and responses to workplace feedback. She teaches courses in social psychology, research methods, and sport psychology.
