Emily Wilson

Dr. Emily Wilson is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Anthropology and Geography at Colorado State University. Her research focuses on the intersection of trade and religion in Ancient Anatolia and Ionian Greek identity (c. 800-500 BCE). She has conducted fieldwork in Italy, Greece, and Turkey.

Her work explores cross-cultural interactions and material manifestations of power in the Early Iron Age. Recent publications include contributions to Hesperia on the Ancient Methone Archaeological Project.
