Emily Walsh

Emily Walsh is an Associate Professor in Landlord and Tenant Law and Legal Education at the School of Law, University of Portsmouth. She holds positions as Course Director of Undergraduate Law Programmes and Principal Lecturer, specializing in land law. Her research focuses on socio-legal and comparative analyses of landlord-tenant relationships, housing law, and property rights. She has authored a textbook on landlord and tenant law and contributed to RICS-accredited CPD courses for surveyors.
