Emily Must

Emily Must holds the position of Director of Internships and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Sport Management at the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst. She has held academic roles since 2012, including Adjunct Faculty at Metropolitan State University (2014-2016) and Teaching Assistant at University of Northern Colorado (2012-2014). Her professional background includes roles in residential life, NFL Alumni coordination, and event production.

Her research focuses on sport-anchored urban redevelopment, social capital measurement, corporate social responsibility in sport, stadia impact analysis, sport analytics, economics, finance, consumer behavior, and predictive modeling. Teaching specialties include sport law, finance, analytics, administration, and economics.

Award recognition includes the 2013 Research Excellence Award from University of Northern Colorado for graduate research in natural and health sciences.

Current responsibilities include internship coordination and undergraduate teaching in sport management disciplines.
