Emily Lewis

Emily Lewis serves as Adjunct Professor at the University of Utah College of Law since July 2023, following previous roles as Adjunct Associate Professor (2020-2023) and Adjunct Assistant Professor (2018-2020). Her legal practice specializes in natural resources law with primary focus on water rights disputes.
