Emily Leonard is an ecologist and environmental educator at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD), where she teaches Natural Science courses such as Entomology, Animal Behavior, and Patterns in Nature since January 2020. She also serves as the Restoration Ecologist at Hawthorn Hollow Nature Sanctuary and Arboretum, applying science-informed management practices to restore and maintain its 90-acre ecosystem.
