Dr. Emily Fessler is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University, affiliated with the Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine. She serves as an Assistant Attending Physician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and the associate program director for the geriatrics fellowship. Her clinical focus is on primary care for older adults, with expertise in geriatric medicine and palliative care. Dr. Fessler graduated from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania (2016) and completed her Internal Medicine residency and geriatrics fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a role as Chief Resident in Quality and Safety at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center.
