Emilia Michou

Dr. Emilia Michou is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Manchester's Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology & Gastroenterology. Her work focuses on dysphagia (swallowing disorders), neurostimulation therapies, and neurological rehabilitation in conditions like Parkinson's disease and stroke. She holds a PhD in Translational Medicine from the University of Manchester (2010), and has extensive clinical research experience in oropharyngeal assessment, randomized controlled trials, and advanced statistical methods.
