Dr. Elton Skendaj is an Associate Teaching Professor and Director of the MA in Democracy and Governance Program at Georgetown University's Government Department. His research examines democratic institution-building, anti-corruption mechanisms, and nonviolent conflict resolution strategies.
His scholarly work analyzes how domestic and international partnerships strengthen governance frameworks, promote civic engagement, and establish rule of law in post-conflict societies.
