Elspeth Berry

Elspeth Berry serves as an Associate Professor at Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University, and is affiliated with the Centre for Business and Insolvency Law. A qualified solicitor with prior practice in commercial law, she established the Partnership, LLP and LLC Law Academic Forum to foster global academic-practitioner collaboration in business entity law.
