Elliot Vaughan

Elliot Vaughan is an Assistant Professor of Environmental Science at Southwest Minnesota State University, affiliated with the Environmental Science Program and GIS Center. He specializes in interdisciplinary environmental research utilizing geographic information systems (GIS) technology.
