Dr. Ellen Rushe is an Assistant Professor at Dublin City University's School of Computing specializing in deep learning with limited supervision. Her research develops solutions for audio-visual data challenges including sign language recognition (SignOn Project), novelty detection, and domain adaptation for sports analytics. Previously a Research Fellow at Trinity College Dublin and Postdoctoral Fellow at UCD, she holds an MSc in Computer Science from UCD and BA in Music Technology from Maynooth University.
