Ellen Goodrich

Ellen Goodrich serves as a Clinical Fellow at the First Amendment Clinic within the Duke University School of Law. In this role, she engages in clinical legal education, providing students with hands-on experience in First Amendment litigation and advocacy under faculty supervision.

Her research and professional focus centers on Constitutional Law, with particular emphasis on First Amendment issues including freedom of speech, religious liberty, press freedom, and the right to assemble. This work is conducted through the First Amendment Clinic, which handles real cases involving these critical civil liberties and provides direct legal representation to clients.
