Ellen Broad is a Senior Fellow at the 3A Institute within the School of Cybernetics at Australian National University (ANU). She focuses on interdisciplinary research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data ethics, and policy. Previously, she held roles including Head of Policy at the Open Data Institute (ODI), technical lead for CSIRO's Consumer Data Standards program, and policy advisor to UK Minister Elizabeth Truss.
