Elizabeth Wellman is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Memphis. She teaches courses in Comparative Politics, Democratic Erosion, Migration and Citizenship, Social Movements, and African Politics.
Her research examines how international migration reshapes electoral politics and citizenship practices, with regional expertise in sub-Saharan Africa.
