Elizabeth Wager

Elizabeth Wager is a Lecturer in the Department of Community and Organizational Leadership Studies at the Paul H. O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Indiana University Indianapolis. She joined the O'Neill School in 2024, previously serving as Undergraduate Program Director and Faculty Advisor for Organizational Leadership at Purdue School of Engineering and Technology. Her research focuses on peer mentoring, evidence-based credit for prior learning (CPL), and transfer student experiences.
