Elizabeth Tipton is a Professor of Statistics and Data Science at Northwestern University, affiliated with the Department of Education and Social Policy (by courtesy). She serves as Co-Director of the Statistics for Evidence-Based Policy and Practice (STEPP) Center and is an Institute for Policy Research (IPR) Fellow.
