Elizabeth Ruder

Elizabeth Ruder serves as the School Head of the Wegmans School of Health and Nutrition in the College of Health Sciences and Technology at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where she holds the rank of Associate Professor. Her leadership spans academic administration, nutrition education, and cancer prevention research.
