Elizabeth Rosa is a Professor at the Kathleen Waterbury and J.B. Reilly School of Business, DeSales University. She teaches Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Auditing, Forensic Accounting, Fraud Examination (MBA), and Business Communication Skills. A certified public accountant (CPA) and certified management accountant (CMA), she integrates professional expertise into her academic practice.

Her research focuses on communication and financial reporting, alongside Italian language for business. She has co-authored five books in accounting communication skills, including The Accountant's Guide to Professional Communication and Communication and Tax Accounting. Professor Rosa coordinates the DeSales Semester Study Abroad Program in Rome, Italy, and has led summer programs there for over two decades. She advises accounting majors on career development, including résumé writing, networking, and job market strategies.
Prior to academia, she worked as a staff accountant at Berg, Schultz, and Green in Pennsylvania and managed art galleries in New Orleans and Rome. She is fluent in Italian, French, and Portuguese, which she leverages in her international teaching and research activities.
