Dr. Elizabeth R Alpern is the George M. Eisenberg Professor of Pediatrics and Vice Chair of the Department of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She serves as Chief of Emergency Medicine at Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, with dual appointments in the Department of Pediatrics (Emergency Medicine) and Medical Social Sciences (Intervention Science).
