Elizabeth Oppe, Ph.D., is a Teaching Professor in the Public Relations program at West Virginia University’s Reed School of Media and Communications. She joined the faculty in Fall 2011 and specializes in teaching public relations, business communication, and graduate-level courses in change and innovation.

Oppe integrates her research on service learning with community engagement and education.
