Elizabeth Mayer

Elizabeth Mayer serves as a Cybersecurity Fellow at the International Policy Institute within the Jackson School, where she conducts research at the intersection of digital security and global policy frameworks.

Her research focuses on cybersecurity threats to democratic institutions, international relations dynamics in cyberspace, and policy analysis for safeguarding electoral integrity. She actively contributes to the Global Research Group, which delivers critical insights to Microsoft’s Defending Democracy Team regarding cyber threats targeting democratic processes worldwide.
