Elizabeth M. Fraley is the Leon Jaworski Chair of Practice and Procedure at Baylor Law School, directing Practice Court programs and co-directing the Executive LL.M. in Litigation Management. With nearly 100 civil jury trials to verdict, her practice focuses on medical malpractice and commercial disputes while integrating practical trial experience into legal education.
Key roles:
- Develops trial advocacy curriculum for evidence, procedure, and jury selection
- Chairs Baylor's bar success program
- Dean of School of the Trial at Baylor's Academy of the Advocate (St Andrews)
- National Board Member of American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA)
Her scholarship includes Texas Courtroom Evidence and Fundamentals of Lawyer Leadership. Recognized as Super Lawyer (2004-present) and Best Lawyer in Dallas, she received the 2023 Louise B. Raggio Award for advancing women in the legal profession.
