Elizabeth Idowu is a Lecturer in Business at the Teesside University International Business School (TUIBS), specializing in Leadership, Management & Human Resources. She teaches across apprenticeship pathways and focuses on Human Resources, Innovation, and Sustainability. Her current Doctorate in Business Administration research examines SME engagement with the Sustainable Development Goals in the North East of England. She holds an MSc in Conflict Prevention & Peacebuilding (Durham University, 2018) and a LLB (Hons) from Northumbria University (1997).
Her research interests span SME dynamics, sustainable development, generative AI in education, and conflict resolution. Recent work includes a conference poster on AI's role in teaching and learning.
