Dr Elizabeth Hoon is a Lecturer in Public Health at the University of Adelaide's Adelaide Medical School, holding part-time appointments (0.5 FTE at Adelaide Rural Clinical School and 0.3 FTE at the Discipline of General Practice). Her research focuses on qualitative methodologies in healthcare, particularly addressing rural and remote primary care challenges, patient engagement, and health inequities.
