Elizabeth Geltman

Dr. Elizabeth Glass Geltman is Associate Professor of Health Policy and Management at CUNY School of Public Health, Fulbright Canada Research Chair in Environmental Policy (2021-22), and Chair of the APHA Law Section. She holds an LLM from Georgetown, JD from University of Baltimore, and BA from Cornell.

Research focuses on environmental health policy, public health law, and healthcare administration law, examining regulatory frameworks and policy impacts on community health outcomes.

Publications address environmental justice, health regulation, policy variance across jurisdictions, and healthcare compliance, with recurring themes of regulatory analysis and equity considerations.
