Dr. Elizabeth Domangue is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Leadership, Research, and Foundations at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs' College of Education. She holds a Ph.D. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in pedagogy and self-determination theory from Louisiana State University, complemented by a minor in Women's and Gender Studies. With 22 years of diverse experience in education, she has served as Superintendent, Principal, curriculum director, and teacher across K-12 and university settings.
Her research integrates motivation theories and systems-thinking for leadership development, focusing on:

- Sustainable turnaround strategies for underperforming schools
- Social-emotional learning pathways
