Elizabeth Cozart

Dr. Elizabeth Cozart is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at UMass Chan Medical School, affiliated with the Movement Disorders division within the T.H. Chan School of Medicine. She obtained her medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine.

Her research applies machine learning approaches to investigate developmental biology processes, particularly cardiac development and cellular differentiation mechanisms. Dr. Cozart's published work demonstrates interdisciplinary collaboration between neurology, developmental biology, and computational methods.

Currently based at UMass Memorial Medical Center, she maintains clinical responsibilities in movement disorders while pursuing research in neural and cardiac developmental pathways.
