Elizabeth Bryce

Elizabeth 'Beth' Bryce is an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico and Yale University, while pursuing a Ph.D. in Visionary Practices and Regenerative Leadership at Southwestern College. She holds an M.S. in Leadership from Central Michigan University and an Ecotherapy certificate from New Earth Institute. Her work focuses on career transitions, holistic methodologies (e.g., art therapy, equine therapy, Reiki), and regenerative leadership. She is a certified Master Career Coach (NCDA), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner, and ICF member.

She previously served as Director of Career Services at Northwood University, mentoring adult learners and graduate students. Her private coaching practice integrates career counseling with holistic wellness strategies.
