Elizabeth Ban

Elizabeth Ban RDH BS is a Clinical Instructor in the Dental Hygiene Program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. A 2012 graduate of the Pitt Dental Medicine Dental Hygiene Program, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene with a research concentration in 2014.

Ms. Ban joined the faculty in 2015 as a part-time clinical instructor and served as Senior Clinical Supervisor and course director for Seminar III, IV, and Advanced Clinical Dental Hygiene Practice before transitioning to her current part-time role. She chairs the Dental Hygiene Program Admissions Committee and the 2nd year Clinical Evaluation Committee.

With experience in private practice as a dental assistant, surgical assistant, and dental hygienist, she maintains membership in the American Dental Education Association and American Dental Hygiene Association.
