Elissa Wells

Elissa Wells is an Associate Professor and 4-H Youth Development Faculty affiliated with Oregon State University's Extension Service. She is part of the School of Human Development and Family Sciences, based in Coos County. Since 2003, she has worked with OSU Extension, leading 4-H programming since 2006. Her work focuses on environmental education, youth-adult partnerships, and fostering social-emotional learning through experiential programs.

She collaborates with tribal nations, natural resource agencies, schools, and volunteers to deliver programs via clubs, camps, and school partnerships. Recent achievements include completing new 4-H facilities emphasizing accessibility and safety. Her expertise spans youth education and community engagement.
