Professor Elissa L. Perry is a faculty member at Teachers College, Columbia University, affiliated with the Social-Organizational Psychology program. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University (1991) and has taught in Masters, Ph.D., and executive programs since joining the institution.
